11th Circuit Judge Blazed Path for Other Female Lawyers
When 11th Circuit Judge Phyllis A. Kravitch looked for her first job as a lawyer, firms in New York and Philadelphia wouldn't interview her because she was a woman. Now 80 years old, she still carries a significant court workload.
